Redesign of the Bison Futé application: the objective was to restore Bison Futé's reputation and extend its target audience to young adult drivers. Our strategy has been built on a user centred approach in order to design a personalized product adapted to the needs of drivers. For this purpose, we conducted a focus group with five people and seven user interviews. The interviews highlighted the habits and needs of drivers during their car journeys and their relationship with the Bison Futé service. Thus, we were able to propose a new strategy for Bison Futé with new features for the app.
